Police Brutality is a major issue violating the UDHR. Police are using excessive force on victims. They are allowed to use force but not as much as they tend to do during an arrest. People are being violated and brutalized during these arrests. What causes this is the strict standards police go by when dealing with the victims. The way police are trained to use "necessary" force is also a factor that causes police brutality. This issue has been happening since mankind existed.
